Provincial councillors have elected Tracy Loffler as the association’s vice-president and Allison Watson as the association’s newest director.
At BCSTA’s February 24-25 Provincial Council meeting, trustee Loffler and trustee Watson were acclaimed to their positions on the board.
Tracy had previously served as interim vice-president since October after Tim Bennett did not seek re-election as a school trustee while serving in the role.
Allison, a trustee from the Sooke School District, joins the board after provincial councillors were tasked with voting on a replacement director due to Tracy taking on the position of vice-president.
