Strategic Plan
BCSTA’s board of directors have established the direction of the association through to 2025.
Influenced by member motions, government priorities and collaborative discussions with school trustees, the plan strives to capture the vision and goals of our membership, which includes all 60 boards of education in B.C.
The 2022-25 strategic plan is a living document that highlights our three primary goal areas:
- Student outcomes.
- Indigenous relations and reconciliation.
- Diversity, equity and inclusion.
The plan also affirms our commitment to anti-racism, supporting diversity and our ongoing relationships and advocacy work.
