Recruitment and Retention of Staff
Eliminating barriers to hiring staff, meeting HR needs in northern districts, targeting funding to recruit and retain Indigenous staff and expanding teacher training programs.
Capital and Deferred Maintenance Funding
Addressing capital funding shortfalls, creating a multi-year climate change plan and supporting child care needs.
Inclusive Education and Student Success
Ensuring all students experience academic success, social and emotional safety and culturally responsive learning environments.
