BCSTA’s Provincial Council was established in 1987.  It was formed to ensure that the interests of all boards are represented in the governance of BCSTA and to facilitate dialogue around BCSTA’s financials and annual budget.

BCSTA’s 2026 February Provincial Council meeting will take place on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 9:00 am until noon – Pacific Time.

As a reminder, since the BCSTA AGM 2025, the BCSTA Provincial Council has been hosted virtually and is accessible via the BCSTA Portal. 

Due to the new format, registered delegates are strongly encouraged to attend one of the voter training sessions.

Registration for training sessions can be done at the same time as registration for the Provincial Council. Pre-registration is required to attend.
