Registration now open! 

 BCSTA’s 2025 fall Provincial Council meeting will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PT. Registration closes at the end of the day on Monday, October 6, 2025.

As a reminder, Provincial Council will be fully online and, new for this event, virtual access will be via the BCSTA Portal.

Due to the new format, all registered delegates are strongly encouraged to attend one of the voter training sessions listed below. Registration for training sessions can be done at the same time as registration for Provincial Council. Pre-registration is required to attend.

Spring Provincial Council will happen on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PT.
