Strategic Plan

Influenced by member motions, government priorities and collaborative discussions with school trustees,
BCSTA’s Strategic Plan captures the vision and goals of our membership.

The 2022-25 strategic plan is a living document that highlights our three primary goal areas:

  • Improving Student outcomes
  • Indigenous relations and reconciliation
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion

The plan also affirms our commitment to anti-racism, supporting diversity and our ongoing relationships and advocacy work.
