BCSTA AGM 2025 brings together school trustees, education leaders, partners, and policymakers across British Columbia to discuss critical issues facing our education system and explore ways to ensure every child in British Columbia has access to high-quality, equitable public education.
This year’s AGM promises to be exceptional. Through our lively business sessions, we will reflect on the challenges and successes of the past year and chart a course for the future of public education in our province.

Reg opening date: Thurs, February 5
Reg closing date: Mon, March 9 – End of Day
Hotel Block Cut-off date: Thursday, March 12, 2026
Motion deadlines for BCSTA AGM 2026 are as follows:
- Extraordinary Motion Deadline – January 29, 2026
- Substantive Motion Deadline – February 9, 2026
- Motions will be distributed to members by March 10, 2026.
- Late Motion Deadline – April 2, 2026
